Celebrating the sacraments is at the core of our parish life. Our big moments in life are marked in a solemn way from womb to tomb.
Here we provide all the details for the celebration of the sacraments in our parish.
Baptisms held every Sunday at 12:30pm in St. Joseph’s Church. For other times by arrangement with priest. Form to be filled in – available at Parish Office. (For registration purposes and to facilitate a Baptism Team member to visit your family), please ensure booking is made 3 weeks in advance.
EUCHARIST AND FIRST COMMUNION
The celebration of First Communion takes place on the second last Saturday of May each year. A parish programme of preparation, which involves both parents and children, takes place throughout the year. For more details please click below.
Confirmation is celebrated each year in our parish during the month of March/April. The exact date of the celebration each year depends on the Bishop’s schedule and is usually announced before Christmas.

To arrange a funeral ceremony please contact your funeral director who will liaise with the parish to make all of the arrangements. Usually one of our priests will get in touch with some of the family members or loved ones of the deceased to prepare the funeral liturgy.
